Responsibility:

- Responsible to advertise the vacancy, shortlist and share the potential applicants to hiring manager.
- Responsible to coordinate interview arrangement.
- Responsible to prepare employment letter, personal file, NDA/NCA agreement and register face scan for new employee.
- Responsible to conduct orientation/on-boarding for new employee.
- Responsible to coordinate employee training based on Annual Training Plan.
- Responsible to manage HRDF account.
- Responsible for training record management.
- In charge of Domestic Inquiry and misconduct issue.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.

Requirement:

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Well communication in Malay and English.
- Well versed in Labour Laws of Malaysia & latest recommendations by Government authorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
