Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting and develop valuable skills in various administrative tasks. This is a paid internship position.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist with data entry and clerical tasks
2. Assist in the handling of AP, AR and General Ledger.
3. Assist in any administrative duties.
4. Able to use/learn SQL system.
5. Able to use computer.
6. Preferably fresh graduates woman willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
7. Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
