Part-time Account Executive

Our products and services are recognized and accepted by leading architects, engineers and other related authorities in Malaysia and throughout the region.
- You will be reporting to the Finance Manager.
- You should responsible for keeping full set of books and maintaining all accounting records and as well as safekeeping of all of the company’s documents and transactions.
- Contact debtors and ensure payment of outstanding invoices.
- Credit check new customers and open new credit accounts and ensuring company has all relevant information on the debtor.
- Keep record of all communication with the customer, this is important when there are problems with payments and the account becomes legal, these records are needed for court proceedings.
- Liaise with project team internally to assess any problems that are being handled in any other department.
- Assist in AR & AP transaction.
- Assist in finance department, month end closing, preparing schedules for year-end audit requirements.
- Any other job duties that may be allocated from time to time.
**Requirements and Skills:

- Part time (3 days per week).
- 3 to 5 years experience with qualification.
- Can start immediately.
- Knowledge in prior Sage300 or other ERP System is an advantage.
- Systematic, analytical and through approach to work, with a sense of accountability, integrity and discretion.
- Able to work in company environment, friendly, community minded.
- Committed to self-development and company’s growth.
- Oral & Written competence in English
- Position will be based in Puchong.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 27 per week
