We are seeking an innovative and driven Media Buyer and Copywriter who can thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first environment. This role is perfect for someone who excels at both creating persuasive content and strategically purchasing media. You will be responsible for developing targeted advertising content and securing optimal placements to maximize campaign effectiveness and reach.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute media buying strategies on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring optimal ad placement and budget allocation.
- Create engaging and persuasive copy for various digital formats, including ads, social media posts, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaign messages, goals, and target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in digital advertising.
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring all projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in media buying and copywriting, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in writing for digital platforms.
- Excellent understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to guide media buying decisions and content effectiveness.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with digital marketing tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
