**Responsibilities**:
To deliver superior customer service in all situations. Position is responsible for providing customers with high quality, professional customer service and act as an extension of the customer within Shui Xing. Position will perform customer service functions with special emphasis on communications, problem solving, inventory control, data analysis and interpersonal skills. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, agencies, customers, and the public

**Essential Duties**:

- Receive customer calls and accurately input orders into the system.
- Identify customer needs and ensure clear communication to related internal departments.
- Maintain existing customer base through effective customer service skills.
- Foster solid working relationships with other departments and customers and follow through with customer request.
- Proper filling of related documents.
- Notify customers of any activities that may result in late delivery.
- Handle customers’ complaints timely. Take lead with related internal departments to ensure on time closure/update of complaints.
- Co-ordinate with warehouse, inventories, and haulage for incoming and deliveries.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
- Daily update & Weekly call out Movement Report Summary by IFL system per own customer basic.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of customer service explore with familiarity in the freight forwarding industry
- Excellent and strong communication skill, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is advantageous.
- Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently & to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given & standard accepted practices.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
