Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.

Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.

Monitor and update containers through the port system.

Handle for import and export (eg K1/K2/K4/K8/K9/ZB1/ZB2/permits required for customs submission).

To request or compile necessary import and export documentation such as invoices, packing list, Certificate of Origin, other permit requirement.

Experienced in EDI, DagangNet and Port VGM submission.

Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS codes and advice duty/ tax amount upon enquiry.

Handle logistics problems and generate alternative solutions.

To determine and track duties and taxes payable and process payment to customs on behalf of customer.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ SKILL REQUIREMENT:
Required Skill(s): customs clearance, customer service and relationship management, government agencies dealings, import and export.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field (customs clearance / declaration / international freight forwarding) is required for this position.

Computer literate ,MS office skills & able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

KEK Cert is an added advantage

Able to work 5.5 day working week, All gazetted Public Holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: RM1,821.44 - RM10,752.70 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
