**Purposes of the position**
- To take good care of all the cargoes that handled by AWMY
- Supervise daily warehouse operation assistants’ activities on import/ export/ FOT shipments
- Monitor work order closing dates for all shipment is adhered
- Execute and brief the planning given on all shipment to vendor
- Ensure the operation team and vendor always adhering to the safety / security requirement
- Ensure all the cargo under AWMY management are in good conditions
- All the cargoes coming in and out to AWMY warehouse needs to be recorded and handle rightfully without any damages or discrepancy.
- To work very closely with the Customer Services Team by providing information such as total containers unstuffy, truck in for collections and total quantities in and out from AWMY’s leased warehouse.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Operation planning & co-ordinations
- Coordinate and liaise with Ops Exec on the daily WO requirements.
- Monitor closely the progress of work orders and keep the Ops Exec informed on regular basis
- Coordinate and monitor Work Order requirements is followed.
- Coordinate and plan warehouse resources to ensure work orders are closed on time before closing dates
- Audit the stock list and bay plan accuracy.
- Ensure LME regulations and Local Warehouse SOP is always followed
- Update Daily Operation Report
- Ensure all the checklists been filled as per SOP
- Ensure on the Bay Plan accuracy report.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed for audit purpose
- Liaise with his superior on the operation / shipment arrangement and other activities on daily basis
- To ensure the Warehouse Housekeeping been carried out as planned
- Managing & monitoring the warehouse occupancy rate.
- Allocate the space for import shipments and ensure on the space utilization
- Ensure the pest control and fumigation activity been carried out as per schedule and ensure on the effectiveness.
- Support operation assistants on their task as and when needed
- Lead monthly stock count activity
- To assist with Stock Accuracy Report
- Any other ad-hoc by the immediate superior

**Specific requirements for the position**
- At least 3 year experience in warehouse/ Logistics operations in pick and pack, cargoes stacking, identifying cargoes status and preparations.
- Knowledgeable and experiences in operating stacker and forklift (In advance).
- Minimum SPM
- Multilingual (Minimum English & Malay)
- Excellent planning, time management and speaking skills
- Ability to build rapport with other departments in the office and contractors
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Must be willing to commit perform OT & outstation

**Work Location**

Pasir Gudang Johor

**Working hours**:
Mon-Fri, 9-6pm, alternative Sat 9-1pm

**Reminder**

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
