**Responsibilities:

- Supports business operation : Process & Follow-up Order, Invoicing, Delivery order & Follow-up on customers’ payment
- Manage account on customer’s portal.
- Manage Vendor accounts.
- Supports Authorities License, filing, updating, bi-weekly courier services.
- Co-ordinate with Sales and Service Department for information on relevant documents for processing of import and export.
- Office Infrastructures and Maintenance Management.
- Perform sourcing and purchase process for local vendors.
- Payroll, leave records, employee details, monthly claims.
- Point of contact for Local Authorities matters.
- Perform general clerical duties: preparing, organizing, storing information in paper and digital form
- Scheduling weekly meeting & writing of Minutes of Meeting.
- Reception duties, courier management, liaising with Head Quarter on Secretarial matters.
- To provide support and assistance to the Head Quarter Finance in development and implementation of standard financial operation procedures
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

**Requirements: -**
- SPM / Diploma in Accounting/Business/Communication/Arts or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred and good command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel spreadsheet.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Able to multi-tasks and meet deadline.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Mandarin, English (required)
