Issue invoice and credit note for commercial sales
- Issue delivery order and shipping documents for all the goods delivered to customers
- Maintain and control of Delivery Order Numbers
- Shipping documentations preparation according to customer requirements including dispatch and filing.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties designated by Superior or the Management as and when required.

**Competencies Requirement**
- Possess Diploma or higher in any fields.
- Possess at least 1 years of related working experience in sales administration or logistic functions.
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel is essential
- Self-started and must initiativeto take up more responsibilities
- Hard working and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill to all level.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
