JOB DESCRIPTION:

- **1. Deployment and Coordination**:_
- Assign security personnel to various posts and shifts based on operational needs and security assessments.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure adequate coverage and response capabilities.
- Maintain and update duty rosters and schedules for all security personnel.
- Prepare monthly billing, report and invoice.
- **2. Incident Management**:_
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly, coordinating with relevant authorities as necessary.
- Conduct preliminary investigations into security breaches or incidents and compile detailed reports.
- Ensure that all incidents are logged and reported according to company procedures.
- **3. Training and Development**:_
- Conduct training sessions and drills for security personnel to enhance their skills and preparedness.
- Ensure all security staff are aware of and comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Identify and recommend further training or development needs for security personnel.
- **4. Monitoring and Reporting**:_
- Monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarms) and ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Perform regular audits of security measures and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on security activities, incidents, and personnel performance.
- **5. Liaison and Communication**:_
- Act as the primary point of contact between the security team and other departments or external agencies.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management regarding security concerns and updates.
- Facilitate briefings and debriefings for security personnel before and after assignments.
- **6. Policy Compliance**:_
- Ensure that all security operations are conducted in accordance with company and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and best practices.
- Develop and implement new security policies and procedures as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Education**_**:High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience**_**:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management position.
-**:

- Certifications**_**: Relevant certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional), PSP (Physical Security Professional), or similar are advantageous.
- **Skills**:_
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Proficiency in using security systems and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **Other Requirements**:_ Must pass a background check and drug screening. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require working in various environments, including office settings, outdoor locations, and high-risk areas.
- Physical fitness is important as the role may involve standing, patrolling, and responding to emergencies.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
