**Job Title**

Office Administrator

**Report To**

The Office Administrator will report to Managing Director

**Job Overview**

Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filling systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

**Responsibilities**
- To provide administration support to the company
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Prepare relative sales and financial reports
- Prepare letter when requires
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and supplier
- Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
- Perform task given as and when requires
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**Duties**
- Generate in/out transaction(payment voucher, invoice received)
- Generate received good without invoice
- Prepare delivery order/invoice to customer
- Prepare quotation
- To key in inventory and price in the system
- Raise purchase orders to supplier
- Follow up any pending (payment, deliveries, etc)
- Prepare Payroll staff
- Prepare and submit EPF and SOCSO employee
- Prepare and submit C,E,BE,EA Form
- Prepare Audit report
- Track stock of office supplies and place order.
- Record in/out faulty item
- Renewal business license.(MOF,GDPMD,MPS,etc)
- Posting Shopee sales report to system (daily)
- Download item/mapping item Shopee to system
- Sourcing and request quotation to supplier whenever necessary

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
