**Duties and Responsibility**
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Prepare new access card for new staff and access card termination for resigned staffs including Red Alert card.
- Provide office and mall tour to new hires.
- **Training**
- Responsible for in-house training coordination and arrangement; refreshment, seating, equipment such as PC, monitor, projector etc. are in working order.
- Prepare training attendance and evaluation form for attendees.
- **Payroll & Benefits**
- Responsible to download staff attendance report from TNA system and check against Overtime request form in a timely manner.
- Mid Monthly: Compile and Submit overtime request form to HRA Executive for payroll purposes.
- Update and keep track on employee medical expenses in summary given.
- **Others**
- Administer and manage office equipment including pantry’s electronic equipments; printer, photocopier, office desktop phone, meeting room’s TV, PC, water filters, microwave oven, hot water dispenser, fridge and etc. Ensure the equipment are functional.
- Responsible for notice board update for all offices.
- Assist and support in organizing employee’s gathering, office events, open office and etc
- Act as back-up for Receptionist (during lunch time and when on leave), answering and managing incoming calls, interacting and screening incoming visitors.
- Assist in staff welfare related activities
- Assist other departments for administrative task when necessary.
- Undertake any other task and duties assigned by HR Executive.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
