**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in HR
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR (Prefer from Manufacturing)
- Good working attitude
- Independent and team player

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for company full-cycle recruitment activity, from job posting to New Hire Orientation.
- Generating official internal documents and letters, such as offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
- Assist in payroll processes, such as verifying staff attendance and Overtime claims.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as leaves and compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Involvement in continuous HR policies and regulations improvement and implementation.
- Assist in employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
