Job Requirements - Diploma/Degree in HR Management or its equivalent - Minimum 1 yrs experience in a similar capacity. - Working experience in services would be an added advantage - Preferably with own transportation - Able to perform duties independently and multitasking - Able to work under minimum supervision - Good communication skills - Basic knowledge of labor laws - Excellent organizational skills - Fluent in local language (Iban) Job Descriptions - Involve in recruitment such as advertising, screening, perform reference check, interview, and shortlisted - Monitoring daily staff attendance - Deal with employee request regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations. - Properly handle complaints and grievance. - Assists in preparing warning letter, termination letter and other relevant documents in respect with Human Resource matter - Assist on Training and Orientation of new staff - Handling the Payroll function - Record and monitoring staff leave - Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) - Assist in employee engagement activities, company events and functions. - Any other task assigned by Superior from time to time.
