Steer company towards achieving company objectives through effectives asset development, planning and lean implementation.
- Strategic operations management. Lead, manage, motivate and develop Head of Dept to achieve Company goal.
- Overseeing daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training heads of departments, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, and communicating business goals.
- A General Manager is responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations.
- Monthly review with Material Manager, Operation Manager on P& L, Sales projection.
- Monthly review on Company performance with CEO& CFO.
- P&L accountability. Plan and execute Sales and Expenses for Factory Profit and Loss.
- Visit existing customer on regular basic to establish relationship and understanding and understand future order.
- Monthly Discussion with Sales & Marketing VP on strategic planning to bring in new customer.
- Advise all subordinate in Production & all dept. regarding security & C-tpat procedure.
- Understanding of security & C-tpat Procedure
**Requirement**
- Minimum Degree/Diploma or relevant specialization in Business Management or Business related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Top Management Manager role, preferable in a large manufacturing plant
- Strong leadership qualities with Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proses strong analytical and problem solving skills, skilled in negotiation.
- Kaizen and lean manufacturing.
- Demonstrated high motivating and influencing skills.
**Salary**: RM30,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month
