Vacancy: Travel Native Japanese Trainer

Location: LV, Georgetown Penang, Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**Salary**: The max total salary package isBasic salary: RM9,000 - RM14,000

DOJ: March 2024

Language: English Assessment : B2

English

Work Time / Mode: (1.) Time: 9:00 pm to 1:00pm (8 hours working + 1 hour break).
- Earliest shift: 9pm-6am &
- Last shift: 3am-12pm

After Daylight Saving ends:

- Earliest shift: 10pm-7am &
- Last shift: 4am-1pm

(2.) Days: Monday
- Sunday, Rotational Basis, including weekend & public holiday; 5 working days and 2 days off.
- Job Description:

- Bilingual support in English - be able to speak, write and read.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills (B2 English proficiency).
- 1 year of experience in customer service (Business-To-Business strongly preferrable)
- Technical savvy (understands or have used macOS vs. Android, Windows, etc.).
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience required.
- Call center experience preferable.
- Negotiation skills, able to engage and reach agreements with the clients.
- Restaurant industry familiarity preferable.

- Specific Experience : Preferred Trainer experience and travel experience.
- Education: Above Diploma + working experience more than 3 years. Bachelor’s degree fresh graduate is applicable.
- English Assessment : B2

Training will be conducted in English virtually, but New Hires have to be present on site, during the last week of nesting they will start handling both English.
