Customer Care Coordinator

Execute and manage the full vacant possession (VP) processes from the preparation (before VP) to key collection.
- To assist in pre-vacant possession process. Conduct pre-inspection on units before VP and make sure the unit is in excellent condition before VP.**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Brief the customers on the handover process and attend to the owner for the property handover of the vacant possession (VP).
- Coordinate defect rectification works to ensure all defects filed are rectified within the stipulated time frame.
- Liaise with relevant departments, including project management, quality control, and maintenance teams, to communicate defect details and coordinate rectification efforts.
- Ensure all records, data and information are recorded and filed up to date.
- Maintain good tracking system to ensure complaints are closed within stipulated time frame
- Provide regular and transparent updates to customers on the status of defect rectification effort
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior
**Education & Experiences**:
- Minimum Diploma holder in any field.
- Must possess at least 2 years relevant experiences.
**Skills & Knowledges**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Pleasant personality and presentable looks.
- Team player with effective collaboration skills.
- **MUST** able to speak, read and write well in Mandarin
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
