Job Purpose Assisting day to day operations of the Bureau and / or home care sections, by taking shift request from clients/hospitals and completing each booking by telephone and on the computer system. You will also speak to staff on an on-going basis, to take availabilities, make changes to information and refer issues such as pay queries to the right division within My Flex Health Group Sdn Bhd. To ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a quality service and the ability to liaise with and assist key personnel and existing or new clients in all matters relating to service delivery. Duties and Responsibilities - Be responsible for the day to day shift allocation to external staff in a timely manner, as requested by clients of the organization. This entails matching staff to shift requirements : maintaining availabilities and roster requests onto the database; liaising with nurses and clients on a regular basis; notifying clients and staff confirmation and ensuring that information is communicated effectively to colleagues and management. - Using software called Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software for staff allocation and bookings. - Maintaining strict complaints or concerns by field staff and clients to management. - Ensuring that external staff have received their written roster in advance, when multiple clients are requiring service in an allocated timeframe. - Involve with operations meeting - to updates status for Bureau and Home Care. - Work targets by management. - Any other task arise from time to time. Skills - Excellent oral English, Bahasa Melayu and other language communication skills and ability to work under pressure. - Customer focused and team player. - Good interpersonal skills and people management skills, with ability to build working relationship with external (field) staff and clients. - Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems. - Accurate data entry skills (alpha and numeric). - Good keyboard skills. - Knowledge and experience in answering calls and responding to customer requests. - Ability to acknowledge comments and complains and highlight to PA operations for further actions. Other Requirements - Willing to learn our Sandwai | Home and Disability Care Software System - Possess own transport : B2 / D / DA - Willing to work after working hours : 3pm - 12am / 5am - Noon (Rotate Shift with other colleague) - Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday ** This position is totally no Work From Home
