**Customer Care Executive**

**Working Location **:Old Klang Road, KL

**Working Hours**:
Any 5 days a week (may including weekend), 2 shift rotation
- 10am - 7pm
- 1pm - 10pm

**Salary range **:RM 2,500 - RM 3,500
- To provide operational support by answering calls (our company software phone and online queries and provide technical solution to the issues (i.e answering technical issue in our company phone apps - Atlas).
- To educate the apps users on how to use new features or add on programs.
- To identify and provide feedback from customers to support team for continuous improvement.
- To summarize all FAQ and do documentation for further improvement.
- To update reported issues and work closely with IT department technical support team to assure quality client customer service.

- Good communication skills, outspoken
- Ability to organize daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to handle fast-paced working environment.
- Internet savvy and basic knowledge in Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
