_**Planning & Strategy**_
- Assist e-commerce manager to plan, design, and execute marketing roadmaps.
- Assist e-commerce manager in preparing proposals.
- Execute the development of project schedules and timescales.
- **Promotion & Execution**_
- Assist e-commerce manager to propose and recommend promo mechanism for all sales channels.
- Manage and operate e-commerce platform on a daily basis, which include: submit / setting up campaigns and promotions, update posts, banners and design, update or edit product information, respond to customers’ query, solve customers’ issues, feedback on reviews, developing FAQs, sending broadcast messages, monitoring Shopee & Lazada Ads, etc.
- Process and prepare e-commerce orders’ documents for packers to perform fulfilment.
- Monitor campaigns and promotions to ensure the campaigns are run smoothly and free from error.
- **Communication & Collaboration**_
- Liaise with client closely on day-to-day tasks.
- Liaise with marketplace KAM / RM closely to improve client’s store performance.
- Assist e-commerce manager to collaborate with Content Team to propose on interesting content to be featured in the e-commerce platform.
- Assist e-commerce manager to collaborate with Media Team to share on monthly campaigns & promotions so that Media Team can generate media buy content direction and effective media buy strategy.
- Assist e-commerce manager to liaise with Tech Team for quality control and assurance.
- **Report & Analytics**_
- Assist e-commerce manager to prepare reports on e-commerce and marketing campaign performance, such as engagement metrics, sales attribution, product overview, product ranking, KPI, ROI, etc.
- Study and understand e-commerce performance report to identify marketing effectiveness and propose activities to improve the overall performance for upcoming months.
- Liaise with Analytics Specialist to identify how competitors are performing in the market.

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in managing online marketplaces and demonstrated success in a number of diverse roles.
- **Experience working in an agency is a plus.**:

- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably to have basic Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator skill to create simple image.
- **You must be passionate in exploring the digital marketing & e-commerce ecosystem. (A plus for you if you are an e-commerce shopaholic)**:

- Understanding on frontend & seller centre operation of Shopee & Lazada platform.
- Experience with business development, sales growth or account management is a plus.
- Strong logical thinking and problem solving skills at all times.
- Strong analytical acumen with the ability to evaluate analysis.
- Proficiency in English with good communication skills and the ability to establish cooperation and rapport with internal and external parties.
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,456.21 - RM5,076.84 per month
