Work with PSM on the development and implementation of various factory projects for KuAT. This includes but is not limited to employee engagement and workplace culture programs where the aim is to connect with the hearts and minds of employees, and create a workplace that: Inspires, nurtures growth, enables progression, and offers a sense of belonging and acceptance for everyone within it. Working together with internal stakeholders from the various business groups / departments at KuAT factory, as well as the communications team. You will also need to manage employee engagement communications, include poster, video, teaser and make the program success.

**Qualifications**:

Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in communications, Computer Science, Sociology or related field required.
