Account Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for preparation of full set of accounts including monthly reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and management reports
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Preparation and updating cash flow daily as well as performing bank reconciliation
- Handle treasury function and cashflow management
- To prepare annual budget and forecast
- Assist in the day-to-day operations and activities in the accounts department
- Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports & functions as and when assigned by management
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and others.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2 year(s) of related working experience.
- Preferably with experience in property development / construction / building industry
- Positive and Pro-active attitude.
- High degree of integrity, maturity and pleasant personality.
- An independent and dynamic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of IFCA/ACCWIN accounting software is an advantage
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
