**What you'll do in this role**:

- Organize and file documents in both physical and digital records.
- Manage office inventory and liaise with vendors to ensure a regular supply of office materials.
- Ensure overall office cleanliness by coordinating daily cleaning schedules.
- Undertaking other special assignments and ad-hoc functions assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Energetic with pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining good time management.
- Good command on written and spoken in English and Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
