- Assist General Manager in liaison between customers and internal departments.
- Set up meetings, appointments and manage General Managers’ schedule for all events and preparing meeting agendas.
- Understand and address customers' needs, concerns, queries, and requests.
- Compile and submit documentations required from customers/ prospects.
- Prepare sales and marketing materials and necessary reports, which includes but

not limited to market research, business plans and strategies, proposal
quotations and presentation slides.
- Conduct research on various topics, gather information, and provide summaries.
- Make forecasts to identify future trends.
- Develop existing business areas and new business areas, sales markets, and

products. This includes new customers and partners.
- Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business

position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with

them.
- Liaise government department for any related matters.
- Maintain current client relationship and identifying areas for potential clients.
- Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as

sales numbers and profit goals.
- Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to

expand business.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 4-years of relevant work experience, preferably in Renewable Energy
- Industry and have marketing experience.
- Willing to travel.
- Involve managing deadlines and milestones, supervising different teams of contractors, and overseeing significant budgets.
- Good in communication negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with client.
- Good in time management and planning skills
- Good English & Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Minimum Diploma; Male; 35-40 years old

**Work arrangements**

Mondays to Fridays 8am to 5pm
Sat : 8am to 5pm (alternate 2 Saturdays in a month)

15 % Travelling

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
