Our Human Resources Team provides a best in class service to our employees and global organisation. We provide support for day to day and operational issues and procedures. Our team partners with the business to proactively provide support throughout the preboarding process, striving to continuously improve our performance.

You will provide ongoing support for employees at preboarding, requiring advice, coaching, and support on HR fundamentals.

As a Preboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Administering day-to-day Preboarding transactions including background screening, Pre-Hire Medical Check-up, Immigration and relocation support
- Ensuring all new hire compliance requirements, onboarding paperwork is complete and properly document evidence of compliance requirements met for future audits.
- Acting as a resource in responding to queries from new employee, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the Preboarding process.
- Coordinating, communicate and follow-up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth processes throughout Preboarding of the employee.
- Creating, update, maintain appropriate documentation, standard operating procedures, “benefits at a glance” and work instructions
- Working with management to Identify potential problems, gather data, and analyze opportunities for process improvements

- Demonstrate proven experience in a corporate HR support or client services role.
- Demonstrate understanding of HR policies and processes
- Display customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support.
- Have the ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
- Be able to have a good interpersonal skills.
