As a Preboarding Team Lead, you will provide oversight of onboarding activities, for a given geography. This includes developing an in-depth understanding of systems, processes, and legislative rules. You will Identify trends and/or process improvements and take ownership of all related operations activities.
As a Preboarding Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Providing operational oversight of end to end onboarding process(s) in geographical scope including work direction, prioritization, and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and Baker Hughes policy requirements
- Managing training plans for new-hired Preboarding Specialists
- Ensuring ENSC & SSA Preboarding team utilize tools (incl but not limited to Workday, Service Now, SAP, DocuSign) and vendors accurately

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 3-5 years of experience in a corporate HR support or client services role and thorough understanding of Employee life cycle
- Be customer focused and with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, provide remote HR support and meet identified targets
- Have good analytics, business, and financial acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and offer recommendations
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
