Visa Application Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Application Specialist located in Batu Caves, Malaysia. The Visa Application Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing customer enquiries, gather information, fill up form for customer, submission to China Embassy etc.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Strong skills in order processing, order management
- Ability to manage all stages of the sales cycle, including lead generation, lead qualification, and deal closing
- Skills in Administrative Assistance including managing calendars, booking appointments, prioritising tasks, and managing paperwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software, especially Excel and Word
- An eagerness to learn new technologies and techniques to enhance the sales process
- Experience working in a travel related field is a plus
- A certificate or diploma in a related field of study is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
