JR47229 Specialist, People Development

As a Global Learning and Development (GLAD) Specialist at Micron Technology, Inc., you will create a learning environment where team members are inspired to grow, empowered to learn and connected to resources and opportunities to enable personal growth and performance. You will work with the GLAD Manager to identify and execute development solutions to close performance gaps and increase business value. You will deploy learning initiatives in Malaysia with the focus in areas of onboarding and soft skills development for our team members.
- Partner with Learning and Development Program Managers to organize, promote learning initiatives and programs that are aligned with organizational objectives.
- Manage logístical aspects of solution delivery, including communication plan, schedules, monitoring request/enrollment levels, and ensuring participant completion of trainings.
- Manage GLAD learning records, data reporting and other evaluations to measure learning and performance as a result of learning initiatives.

Enhance learning and development solutions and delivery through collaborative engagement with our Global Leadership Development team, GLAD Program Managers, People Organization Business Partners and Business stakeholders.
- Participate and provide feedback to global programs and keep updated on business needs.
- Participate in a Learning and Development facilitation community of practice.
- Participate in content and quality assurance reviews of training interventions to ensure relevancy or to improve effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience primarily in learning and development.
- Self-motivated and possesses a learning mindset.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal partnering skills.
- Effective project management, problem-solving and solutioning skills.
- Experienced in facilitation.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and enabling of experiential learning would be an added advantage.
