Job Description:

- Providing first level support via phone enquiries whilst meeting service level and turnaround standards.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify enquiries/complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments and escalate the unresolved issues to the second level support team and ensure all cases are followed through to closure.
- Engage and going the extra miles to satisfy customers’ needs and build customer loyalty.
- Maintain records of all conversations in the call centre database in a comprehensive manner for use of analysis and reporting.
- Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to converse & written fluently in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Preferable Mandarin speaker.
- SPM/Diploma/Degree any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No experiences in customer service are acceptable
- Willing to work any 5 days rotational with rotational shift hours. (8am to 8pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
