1. Receive and inspect incoming raw material supplies from suppliers. 2. Ensure all raw materials are accurately labeled, weighed and stored in appropriate locations within the store. 3. Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that reorder points for each product are monitored and reordered when necessary. 4. Prepare raw material requisitions for production ensuring that stock levels are kept at minimum levels. 5. Ensure that all records are accurately maintained, including inventory records, stock levels, delivery and order records and other relevant documentation. 6. Conduct physical inventory checks periodically and reconcile any discrepancies. 7. Ensure that all safety and environmental standards are met in the storage and handling of all raw materials. 8. Ensuring compliance with established standards, procedures and regulation in the store. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
