Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Manages the Maintenance and Service records of equipment, including data entry, filing, tracking of vendor service whenever stores’ request, follow up on periodic and preventive maintenance schedule for stores;
- Updates vendors’ contact list and be the liason party for stores and vendors/ contractors;
- Tracks equipment for on-time delivery and within budgetary parameters. Creates, maintains and distributes project information.
- Assists manager in tracking vendor quotes, contractor bid proposals and general office documents, verifies invoices and ensures submission to Accounts Department on timely manner;
- Creates reports that enable facilities manager for assessment of results and decision making;
- Makes regular store visitations to audit on store condition and compiles Store Condition Assessment (SCA) report;
- Assists in the development of forms and procedures

**; Requirements**: - Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Good communication skills and coordinate effectively with internal customers and external parties.
- Willing to travel to Starbucks stores.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel.
