**Responsibilities**:

- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, efficiency and reduce costs.
- Supporting company leadership and supervising administrative department activities for staff members.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
- Maintain all work records, transaction and documents.
- Carry out any other related task assigned by the company.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum education level SPM or higher.
- Fluent language skill in Mandarin and English.
- Ability to read and write in Mandarin (China client).
- Typing speed of 40 words per-minute (WPM) and above.
- Strong learning ability, extrovert quality and communication skill
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skill.
- Experienced in China Market and Finance Industry will be prioritized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,200.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
