We are Ethis, a pioneer of Fintech for Islamic finance, we own, invest in and operate fintech and investment platforms licensed in multiple countries, most notably for P2P financing by the Financial Services Authority Indonesia, Equity Crowdfunding by Securities Commission Malaysia and the global platform for both ECF and P2P financing by the Capital Market Authority, Sultanate of Oman.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Event Management and Public Relations Intern to support these crucial areas. This is an excellent opportunity to gain substantial experience in an innovative and dynamic environment.

Skills Requirements:

- Solid proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with PR tools and event management.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Having a degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Have experience in managing or assisting with events (online or offline) and handling public relations tasks.
- Capable of working from 9 AM MYT to 5 PM MYT, Monday to Friday.
- Experience in creating proposals, reports, and other administrative paperwork.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various online and offline events
- Assist all elements related to the event planning, from technical setup and registration processes to post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure a seamless and engaging event.
- Analyze event performance through feedback surveys and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage public relations tasks, including developing press releases, liaising with media, and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Prepare comprehensive event proposals, presentations, press releases, and other necessary paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
