**Job Description**:
- Responsible for total cost management of projects delivering positive outcomes for our clients, supporting CM lead and coaching to Graduate CM, and innovation of service and knowledge.
- Carry out cost management and contract administration duties with reasonable supervision and guidance
- To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
- Provide Cost Advice and Cost Planning including estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost reporting
- To run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
- Provide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents.
- To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings.
- Assisting in producing monthly cost reports.
- Provide CM R&R pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client, consultants and contractors / vendors at all project stages
