**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cost Management and Cost Sector Support
- Provide performance management support to the Support Sector, which include:

- Credit (Corporate, Commercial and Retail)
- Corporate Support Functions (Special Asset Management, Finance & Corporate Services, Risk Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal & Secretariat, Group Strategic Communications & Brand, Project Management Office, Corporate Sustainability Office)
- Responsible for analysing the financials of the Support Sector
- Responsible to ensure the monthly forecast / annual ICCAP forecast / annual budgeting of the Support Units are properly prepared and submitted timely
- Ensure compliance to the Group's policy relating to cost management.
- Develop and recommend various cost management initiatives/programs of the Bank.

**Job Requirements**:

- A recognized Degree in Accounting or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or MICPA
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in a reputable auditing / management consultancy firm, financial institution or multinational company
- Possess good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Good command of English
- Prior experience in cost management, budgeting and project management would be an added advantage.
- Analytical skill / written communication / problem solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAS CPM, SAS Enterprise Guide
- Understanding of bank business model
