**Position**: Social media Chat Support (Malay & English Speaker)

**Location**: KL Sentral (On site)

**Working hours**: Rotational Shift

**Target start date**: 8 April 2024 / 15 April 2024

1. Provide prompt and professional customer support via social media platforms, focusing primarily on chat interactions.

2. Respond to inquiries, concerns, and complaints from customers in both Malay and English languages, ensuring clear communication and understanding.

3. Engage with customers in a courteous and empathetic manner, striving to resolve issues and provide solutions effectively.

4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries accurately and efficiently.

5. Monitor social media channels for incoming messages, mentions, and comments, proactively addressing customer issues and escalating as needed.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and resolve complex customer inquiries.

7. Document customer interactions and feedback, ensuring accurate records and data entry.

8. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy guidelines and service level agreements.

9. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying trends, suggesting process enhancements, and contributing to team initiatives.

10. Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, to ensure coverage during peak hours and provide seamless support to customers across different time zones.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Proficiency in both Malay and English languages is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Malay and English.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Willingness to undergo training and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Positive attitude, patience, and empathy towards customers' concerns and inquiries.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
