Job Overview:
Primary Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and support customer needs through chat channels on social media platforms,
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, aiming to provide first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships by providing accurate and relevant information, personalized solutions, and a friendly tone in Japanese.
- Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex customer problems quickly, escalating when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures in order to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights and suggestions based on customer interactions and feedback.
- Monitor and analyze social media conversations to identify trends, common pain points, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- fluency in Japanese, with proficiency in English language.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support or social media support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet and provide creative solutions.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively to maintain service level agreements.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionality.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
