**Duties and Responsibilities Sales Coordinator / Assistant**:
To coordinate well every job between customers, MIS & Production such as quantity order, delivery date and postage balance.
To prepare Sales Order and Delivery Order.
To prepare weekly or monthly report of SO and DO.
To keep track of postage balance.
To do filling of all department related documents as well as contracts and agreements.
To assist and supports all department activities for the department and company.
To do office administrative job such as answering phone calls, maintaining of stationery, medical card, etc.
Awareness of the implementation of Quality Management System & Information Security Management System and adhering to policies and procedures pertaining to the systems.
**Job Requirements**:
Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
At least 2 years working experience as sales coordinator.
Must be computer literate and good in MS Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possess positive working attitude, co-ordinate and work independently
