Account Assistant

Responsibilities:
- To assist day to day accounting operations, handle part or full set of Account
- To handle Accounts Receivable and Account Payable
- To liaise with suppliers, update into accounting system and processing of payments
- To assist in timely closing of monthly financial statements
- To prepare bank reconciliation and monitoring banking related issue
- To ensure accounting records are properly recorded, reconciled and filing.
- To liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and government agencies etc
- To assist day to day administrative and any ad-hoc duties when needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or related qualifications
- Mandarin and English
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision, self-motivated, responsible and hardworking
- Willing to multi-tasking and accept new challenge
