**-**To manage and control documents and records to be compliance to the ISO standard.
- To plan and conduct Internal Quality Audit & External Quality Audit.
- To interface with customer and external bodies on audit activities.
- To register all documents pertaining to statutory / regulatory requirement related to company Business operation.
- To reply the Customers or external parties assessment or survey.
- Work closely with statutory or regulatory bodies (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA etc.) for compliance
- Shall conduct the Management Review for all the standards and tabulate the minutes of meeting.
- Appointed as EHS Committee secretary to lead and drive Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH).
- You are required to comply with all Safety & Health Legislation, i.e : JKKP, FMA, DOE, EQA etc
- To improve, implement and maintain company Management System to fulfill the Quality/Environmental standards and customer's requirements.
- Reporting the performance of QMS including environmental performance to top management Responsible for managing internal and external documents pertaining to Quality Management System.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 3 years experience in ESH & QMS.
- Experience in handle customer or supplier in external quality audit.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485 & OHSAS 18001 will be an advantage.
- Excellence oral, written, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Able to use Words, Excel & Power Point.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
