**Job scope**
I. To prepare and issue sales contracts, purchase order, quotation, delivery order, commercial invoice, packing list, and other business transaction related documents.

II. To liase with logistic forwarders for shipping schedule, incomings clearance and exports.

III. To keep track and maintain warehouse stocks record.

IV. To properly maintain all documentations and filings.

V. To keep track and record incoming samples.

VI. To keep track and raise purchase requisition on office consumable items and stationaries.

VII. To cross-check, compile and courier shipping documents for export business.

VIII. Cross-check suppliers’ invoices and ensure correct billing.

**Qualification**:

- Min SPM
- Must have at least 2 year of working experience that related

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration and logistic coordinator: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
