1.1 Prepare customs declarations (import, export, local sales, transhipment & etc). 1.2 Prepare shipping instructions, shipping certificates, certificate of origin, payment vouchers & etc. 1.3 Ensure all documents (BL, shipping certificate, certificate of Origin & etc) are confirmed and ready for collection after vessel sailed. 1.4 Checking and monitoring shipment arrival/departure and ensure consignee/shipper are notified. 1.5 Input/complete data entries into internal office system “Bro” in order preparing files for billing. 1.6 Any other relevant duties requested by Executive / Manager.
