Admin Clerk Customer Service

Preparation of open job file, billing instructions, forwarding documentations, preparation of report periodically, liaison with shipping agent the and other related activities to ensure clear issuance of documents and instructions.
- Receiving of job file & registration - Checking the completeness of shipping documents received and other necessary details i.e. B/L, Invoice/Packing, Delivery address, etc to ensure clear instructions
- Data entry the declaration via the system and monitoring the response time in order to register customs declaration prior to vessel arrival in order to avoid delay in submission.
- Shipping Liason - Sort and request for shipping details and charges from local shipping lines for the declaration purposes.
- Billing & Collection - Ensure accurate and timely billing to the customer upon completion of the job and collect within the stipulated agreed credit term.
- Communicate with customer to advise further action if any damage cargo noticed by operation side.
- Prepare accurate invoices to customers, sorting and send out timely.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years in Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry.
- Good communication skills and proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Applicants must be willing to work at Bayan Lepas, Penang.
**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
