Executing sales plan that expands company’s addressable market segment and ensure its strong presence.
- Cultivate new customers and new business in existing customers.
- Define good business and marketing objective, plan and achieve the objective.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with the customers.
- Acts as the primary contact with customers, develops a professional relationship, and understands the customer needs to meet those within the bounds of contracted scope.
- Achieve the forecasted sales target and profit margin while ensuring collection of payment.
- Acquire an effective understanding of products to provide customers with suitable solutions.
- Work with service administrator and credit department to ensure timely collection of payment from customers.

**; Requirements**:
- Preferably 3 years of sales and marketing experience in metal/hardware parts and aircond industry.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese is an additional benefit.
- Possesses high analytical mind.
- Possesses good communication skills in both written and oral.
- Self-motivated, open mindset and able to transform crisis to opportunities.
- Willing to travel when needed and visit the customer base at Malaysia / Oversea.
- Participates in various Outside Sales activities and customer relationship management.
- Able to work independently and a good team player, working and communicating with different levels and various departments
