**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects according to predetermined timelines and objectives.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, and project status reports.
- Coordinate project meetings, workshops, and other collaborative sessions.
Communication:
- Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders.
- Compile and distribute regular project updates and reports to relevant parties.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information related to project activities.
Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain project files, documents, and records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project teams.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.
Risk Management:
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues to project managers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop mitigation strategies for identified risks.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews of project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Team Collaboration:
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Support project managers in assigning tasks and tracking team members' progress.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project administration or related role.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in preparing project reports (status updates, financial, resource planning) and documents.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup / hlookup, macros)
**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM4,800.00 per month
