Process payroll and government statutory reports according to procedures to ensure timely salary pay-out and monthly government statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax, HRDF).
- Prepare monthly summary for billing and invoicing to clients.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Maintaining all payroll operations according to company policies and procedures
- Collecting, checking and submit monthly supplier/vendor invoice.
- Maintaining employee record and updating information.
- Assisting clients on any report request related.
- Generate name list and monitor status for confirmation of renewal permit with Supervisor.
- Update foreign workers working permit to clients.
- Assist in workers on-boarding process including bank account arrangement, SOCSO and CP22 registration.
- Assist in employee repatriation process including government declaration reports (JTK & LHDN).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
