Inventory Management:

- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, categorization, and organization of items in the store.

Receiving and Dispatch:

- Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and verify against delivery documents.

Stock Control:

- Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.

Documentation:

- Generate and maintain comprehensive documentation related to inventory movements.
- Prepare reports on stock levels, consumption, and any discrepancies for management review.

Storage Organization:

- Efficiently organize and arrange products within the storage area for easy accessibility.
- Implement and adhere to proper storage techniques, ensuring the safety of goods.

Minimum Stock Level Control
- Regularly review and alert when stock levels reach or fall below the minimum threshold.

Health and Safety:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the storage area.
- Ensure the proper handling and storage of hazardous materials, if applicable

**Requirements**:
1.SPM, Diploma or equivalent; additional education in inventory management is a plus.

2.2-3 years of experience in storekeeping warehouse.

3.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

4.Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

5.Proficient in using inventory management software.

6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7.Physical fitness for lifting and moving heavy items.

8.Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
