**Responsibilities**
- Directly reporting to HOD/Manager.
- Assist day to day office operations.
- Maintenance of records and filing systems.
- Responsible for enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, and managing day to day online/offline sales activities.
- Manage multiple online marketplaces including Whatsapp sales.
- Familiar with and to manage all e-commerce operations and to lead business planning strategies.
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Increase customer database and meet acquisition and sales targets as set by the Company.
- Execute activities/processes necessary in the facilitation of sales and after sales service.
- Handle customer-related enquiries and complaints.
- Other job-related activities as and when deemed necessary.
