We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team's daily operations, ensuring smooth order processing, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing**:

- Verify the accuracy of orders, including customer information, product details, and pricing.
- Generate invoices and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- **Customer Support**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- **Sales Team Support**:

- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Assist with sales forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain sales collateral and marketing materials.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records in CRM systems.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Assist with sales analysis and identify areas for improvement.
- **General Administrative Tasks**:

- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
