**What You Will Be Doing**

Sales
- Achieve allocated annual sales budget and gross profit target through expanding direct sales channels in Malaysia and managing indirect channel performance in Singapore.
- Partnering direct sales team in Malaysia to identify and develop new sales accounts and users.
- Managing indirect channel partners in Singapore to increase product market shares & adoption.
- Build deep relationships with key hospital stakeholders for long term growth and market penetration.
- Manage all aspects of indirect channels processes and maintenance including dealer contracts, pricing, annual training etc.
- Responsible for product knowledge competency & training of direct sales team and channel partners.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with indirect channels.

Marketing
- Full responsibility to develop and implement marketing plans for the product franchise.
- Develop local KOLs and rising stars for the franchise.
- Responsible for pricing strategy of the franchise.
- Partnering Medical Education, sales team, and channel partners to build education programs for customers.
- Manage the sales forecast, reporting, and business reviews with franchise leaders.
- Responsible for new product launch plans and execution.
- Partnering operation lead on demand forecast and kits planning (CER).

**What You Need**
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Science disciplines.
- Relevant experience in Orthopedic implant sales and marketing highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong capability to achieve business objectives in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
- Experience in indirect channel management is an added advantage.
